Matthew is an award-winning* film & video editor based in North Hollywood. He is a member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild, having worked on a variety of film & TV shows at major studios, including Universal, Sony, Paramount, and Culver Studios. He has edited marketing featurettes for blockbuster films, including Pixels, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, and Smurfs: The Lost Village.
When he's not working studio jobs, Matthew keeps himself busy with freelance work, ranging from independent features, short films, web series, trailers, and more. His most recent feature, The Last Treasure Hunt, secured distribution and was released on iTunes and Amazon.
While Matthew's passion lies in feature film editing, no project is too small for him. Whether it be cutting a feature, a micro-budget short, or whipping up a quick acting reel, he values experience and networking the most, offering his services at an affordable fee. He can work remotely, or from his home office in North Hollywood, with flexible availability for client sit-ins upon request.
